With promises of warmer weather, and carpets of gorgeous bluebells stopping us in our steps, we are so hoping that May is less soggy then what we have experienced in the last month.
It’s that time of year again, we are off on our travels to spread our wings. First stop this month is Exeter Food and Drink Festival starting on Saturday 5th of May, and finishing on bank holiday Monday 7th.
It’s a wonderful foodie event showcasing such wonderful products that the south west has to offer, it really is a must attend if you are a food lover. It’s also a chance for us to catch up with traders too, whom we follow around the ‘circuit’ of events and who have become a network of friends.
The end of the month sees us at the wonderful Devon County Show, where you’ll find us in the food tent. Another must attend.
Otter Valley HQ is as busy as always. We are in full swing of Ice Cream production now, and the windows have started to be placed in the new ice cream parlour and cafe – i’m really excited about this next stage – not only will it keep the blustery wind out but will completely transform the space, it’s going to be incredible.
