[A new Ice Cream parlour and cafe…it’s all systems go]
It’s great to be finally writing about our project, it has been a pipeline dream for quite sometime, years in fact. Meetings, followed by more meetings and then a few more meetings. However, with a huge amount of patience and persistence, we are excited to report we are finally on route to making the dream a reality.
With activity now occurring on site – and safety fencing up there has been a lot of interest and so I thought it would be nice to create regular blog posts for anyone who may be interested in reading our progress, right up to completion, in hopefully July.
So the main thing, and most exciting one to note now is that we have started, hooray!
Our local builder Martin, has been busy working to get the land towards the right levels, trying to make the most of this dry weather at the moment before winter sets in. It’s amazing how the site has progressed so quickly in such a short time.
The beautiful Oak Frame has also been ordered, and it will be in the workshop hopefully in the next month.
So it certainly is all systems go.
It’s all getting very real, and it’s going to be fantastic.
